You don’t have be gym person to be healthy and get fit. Coach LaLa can offer a program designed specifically for you, based on your ability and your needs.

Training can be in your home or the gym and be either private or semiprivate.

Training is done with body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, stability balls, suspension training and more.
