All of the guest rooms and suites are decorated with warm, soft colors and imported furnishings and feature panoramic views of breathtaking high-desert mountains or the tranquil beauty of Lake Las Vegas, elegant bed linens, top-quality coffee makers, oversized marble bathrooms, separate tub and shower and in select rooms, romantic balconies. Each room is also equipped with High-speed Internet access & WiFi.

Each per person price below comes with one event wristband. Each person sharing a room can purchase their rooms individually or one person can pay for the entire group. BlackNLA will not be assigning roommates. If you do not have a travel partner you can sign up for single occupancy or you can send us an e-mail and we will start a roommate list to provide to others that may also need a roommate.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TYPE - Credit Card payments are accepted online via BlackNLA.com Bank Check or Money Orders are accepted by mail: BlackNLA.com - 8391 Beverly Blvd, #433 Los Angeles, CA 90048. BlackNLA is the fiduciary agent for this trip. Payment by checks or money orders: Please fill out on-line registration form. Then mail an copy of that registration form and payment. Registration must be received within 5 days of registration or package will be released. For early bird special envelope must be post marked prior to early bird deadline.

Rate includes accommodations and BlackNLA hosted events on and off the resort. See BlackNLA Getaway Plan for details.

Payment Plans are based on a per person price. 1st Payment is due now. 2nd Payment is due June 2nd. If, upon maintaining your payment schedule you are not paid in full by June 6, 2008, your final balance will be due at that time. If payment is not received in our office by end of day June 6, 2008 your deposit will be forfeited and your space will become available for resale.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Packages are transferable. There will be a fee of $50.00 to transfer package to a different name.

On-site Registration Requires: Presentation of the credit card used at the time of purchase and valid ID. No wristbands will be issued without credit card and proper identification.

Ritz-Carlton Hotel Check-in Will Require: major credit or debit card and valid ID for every room.
