Itinerary
- Friday
- Event Registration - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm: People
arriving between 9 pm and 12 am should call
323-954-8988 for event wristband. If you arrive
after 12 am you will need to pick up your wristband
at the Saturday afternoon. The wristbands will
only be released to the individual that purchased
the wristband.

and Sidney. Happy Hour, 8 pm to 10 pm, featuring

Beach, Lake Mead, NV. Joint boaters from SPLASH
as they enjoy fun at the lake.

Do
we still have to pay Ritz-Carlton Resort fee?
No. Resort fee is included in room packages
Is
there a cost for parking? Yes. Overnight parking
is $20.00 per day
Can
I still come to parties if I am not staying at
the hotel? Yes..If you are not staying at the
hotel and still wish to join our events. The party
package wristbands are on sale and will get you
entry into our Friday evening and Saturday evening
events. Click Here
Are
there any meals included in the package? No. No
meals are included.

Is
there a shuttle from the resort to the Las Vegas
Strip? Yes there is a one-way shuttle that leaves
the resort at 5:00 pm and 8:00 PM and drops you
off at the WYNN Hotel. You are responsible for
finding transportation back to the resort.
Do you have group packages for groups of 10 or
more? Yes, they need to call the office for details.
Is Transportation Included in the package price?
Transportation is not included.
How far is Lake Mead from the Resort? The entrance
to Lake Mead is about 3 miles away from the resort.
On-site Registration Requires: Presentation of
the credit card used at the time of purchase and
valid ID. No wristbands will be issued without
credit card and proper identification.
Why do I need a credit card if my trip is prepaid?
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel will require each
room to have a credit card on file for any room
charges and incidentals. If you don't charge anything
to your room you will have no charges at the end
of the trip.
What if something happens and I cannot attend
the trip? Packages are transferable. There will
be a fee of $50.00 to transfer package to a different
name.
What if I don't want to
give my credit card over the internet? You can
pay by phone by calling the office during business
hours or you can mail your payments to: BlackNLA.com

BlackNLA is the fiduciary agent for this trip.
Please fill out on-line registration form. Then
mail an copy of that registration form and payment.
Registration must be received within 5 days of
registration or package will be released. For
early bird special envelope must be post marked
prior to early bird deadline.
Extended
Stay - Can I come early and/or stay late? Yes,
we have a limited number of rooms available for
early arrivals and late check outs.
How much spending money will I need? Bring money
along for food, shopping, jet ski/boat rentals
if applicable.
Will there really be black sand at the lake? No
Lake Mead does not have sand, we recommend that
everyone bring a chair, the ground will be hard
and a bit rocky as at most lakes.
What do I need to bring? Chair, Shade (tent or
umbrella), cooler, water and anything else to
make your day at the lake fun.
Will I be able to buy food at the Lake? No
