Submissions:
All ads must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to distribution.
Ads submitted less than 2 business days prior to distribution cannot
be guaranteed preferred date or may be subject to a rush fee.
File Type and Size:
Newsletter: Ads must be jpg or gif and cannot be wider
than 450 pixels or longer than 500 pixels. Ads can also be submitted
with a smaller image/logo and text as long as the maximum size of
the ad placement is not larger than 450 x 500 pixels. Click

Solo e-blasts: Can be submitted as a jpg or gif. Images
should not be wider than 700 pixels or longer than 1500 pixels. Solo
e-blast can also be submitted as a html link. There can be no flash
in these html links. Ads can also be submitted with text.
We offer a 15% non-profit rate. This discount is taken off of the
regular rates only and does not apply to promotional rates.
Payment:
All ads are pre-paid via paypal, check or over the phone.
