BlackNLA's 4th Annual Toy Drive

"BlackNLA.com Looking For Business and Community
Participation for its 2007 Toy Drive Benefiting At-Risk-Children"
Drop-Off
Locations: Do you work at a location that is open
to the public and/or gets regular traffic from the outside
public? Then your company would be an ideal drop-off location
for those looking to donate toys. In the past, we have
had cleaning companies, banks, cellular stores, beauty
salons, law offices and others serve as drop-off locations.
Your company would be listed in the drop-off location
listing on our site so that people living and working
in the area can drop off toys there. We provide the box,
signs and we arrange for the pick-up and distribution
of the toys. This is a great way to gain exposure and
positive press for your company as well as letting other
BlackNLA members know where you are located while simultaneously
giving back to your community.
Company
Participation: Do you work at a company with twenty-five
or more employees? Most companies want to participate
in a toy drive but don't know where to start. Talk to
your company office manager or owner about placing a box
in your lobby or lunchroom. We provide the box, signs
and will arrange for the pick-up and distribution of the
toys. This is an easy way for your company to get involved
and give back to those less fortunate during the holiday
season.

Centers. They provide programs for 11- to17-year-old
girls and boys in crisis - runaways, homeless, court-placed

2007
DROP OFF LOCATIONS AND EVENTS:
To
maximize the reach of potential donations, BlackNLA.com
is working with southern California businesses as toy
drop locations. Our goal is to provide toys for
over 1,500 disadvantaged and at risk children, during
this holiday season, says Ms. Calhoun. Businesses
that are participating as drop off locations will listed
in an e-blast that is sent out to the community and
on the website of BlackNLA.com.
The Toy Drive will launch November 1st. Companies currently
signed up as drop off locations will start collecting
items starting Nov. 12th.
We are looking for business participation, if
